Appointment Cancellation
There is no refund for appointment cancellation. But you can transfer your session to other people.
Schedule Change
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. To be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact my assistant on WhatsApp at 0851-5662-9926 or email hello[at]iamziaku[dot]com as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Schedule changes can only be made once.
No Show
If you do not show up for your scheduled meeting without notifying me in advance, you are welcome to reschedule once at no additional cost. But if you miss the second rescheduled session without prior notice, I will complete your astrology reading and provide it in a pre-recorded format. This ensures you still receive the insights and guidance you’ve booked, even if we couldn’t meet live.
